Auto run presentations

I would like to run a hybrid webinar. Part of the presentation is always
the same, so that could be
a recorded presentation, i.e. an audio stream (I can feed that via
flash) and controlling the uploaded presentation via a timing script.
Would it be possible to use javascript to advance the frames in the
presentation?
Or does somebody have any other ideas?

Yes, but I guess a video stream per viewer take much more resources than
audio stream and "uploaded" presentation.

I will try a click recorder like Automator on my Mac.
