Xerces C++ 2.7 build with ICU

Hello,

I was build Xerces C++ 2.7 with ICU 3.2:

./runConfigure -plinux -cgcc -xg++ -minmem -nsocket -ticu -rpthread -b32 -P/root/test/install
gmake
gmake install

after build Xerces libs I was make Xerces samples:

./runConfigure -plinux -cgcc -xg++ -rpthread
gmake


When I world start some example I see this error message
./DOMPrint
Could not load a transcoding service

Can anybody help me?
