Ways to trigger MR without using the cli

I have installed a 9 node HDP 2.3 using Ambari 2.1.0.

Now several users, some knowing MR and rest cannot code want to load data
and execute their 'analysis'.

I can see following way for those who know MR :


   1. Install a 'hadoop plugin' in their Eclipse so that they can connect
   from their Windows desktop to a remote cluster and execute their MR

I searched on the Internet but couldn't find any official documentation
that instructs to connect to HDP via Eclipse remotely, where can I get it ?

For the non-MR folks, is there some 'drag-and-drop' tool that can generate
an MR ?
