Ilya Borisov resolved IGNITE-11097.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

The issue is caused by subpar bs-popover (part of angular-strap) positioning facilities. We have plans to display cache metadata info in the page flow and not in popover, which would remove the reported failure mode.
