Do you try disable iptables and change you centos-mesos-dev to a accessible ip instead of 127.0.0.1 in /etc/hosts when running DockerContainerizerTest.ROOT_DOCKER_Launch_Executor_Bridged? Because when use bridged mode, if slave listen on 127.0.0.1, docker container could not communicate with it.
