Ts 4266: Added a GC in add module and delete module
Refer Jira Ts 4266 for the issue and solution.
The first 6 commits are garbage. They were just created when I was trying to delete the merge on to my forked repository.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/brkishore/trafficserver TS-4266
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/532.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

You can use `git rebase` to squash this to a single commit that extends from the current tip of the master branch.
