NDepend provided 6 build machine licenses to Apache Ignite: https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/pmc/ignite/licenses/NDepend.txt

1) Install NDepend on Windows agents
2) Set up NDepend project, adjust rules
3) Add NDepend analysis to {{Platform .NET Inspections}}: https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=Ignite20Tests_IgnitePlatformNetInspections
