[Bug 907] New - first list-item dropped at very bottom of page.

+ Okay, this one's kinda tricky to describe, but easy to see:

+ I have something which should look like the following:

+ "These are the items:
+
+ - Item 1
+ - Item 2
+ - Item 3
+ - Item 4"
+
+ The problem is, there is a page break right after my introduction line, and the
+ first item is dropped, so that what I get in PDF looks like this:

+ --------------------------------- [page break] ----------------------
+ - Item 2
+ - Item 3
+ - Item 4"
+
+ This may be linked to another known bug, but I can't figure out how.
