New release Jackrabbit Backup tool

Hello,

A new release of JeCARS (v0.20) has been added at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jecars/

Besides the JeCARS web application there is also a standalone JeCARS jar
file (jecars core).
This file also contains the first version of the JeCARS Backup tool
(import/export)

It can also backup a standard Jackrabbit repository.

- Binaries are stored as seperate files.
- No XML is used.
- Nodetypes im/export
- Version history im/export, experimental, clearly this is a hard one, the
current version works for my own
case of mix:versionable nodes. I don't think all "version cases" are
covered.... but it's a start.
