Fortress release : some feedback

Hi guys,

some of you might be worrying about the numerous commits and release
rollbacks/tag deletions.

FTR, the current work is about releasing all the fortress component
(core, realm, rest and web) for the very first time (at least for the 3
last components). This is a try and fail process.

As soon as we are confident that we have some clean releases, we will
start a vote.
