APR release howto

Hi all,

I'd like to make a release of apr, but haven't been an RM for apr
before. Can anyone confirm where the process is documented?

Regards,
Graham

In that case, will follow the commits from last time. :)

If I go horribly wrong, please scream.

In general, look at the SVN commits before/after a tag to see what file
(s)
need to be changed. The script takes care of the rest :)

bump version/dev flags, make svn tag.

run:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/apr/site/trunk/dist/tools/release.sh

make sure you do not have Operating System / pacakger modified
versions of autotools in your path -- grab a fresh copy from source,
install to a custom prefix and set your PATH so they are used when
running release.sh.
