Request-URI

Is there a way to get the request URI to use in a logic tag in place of
<%= request.getRequestURI() %>

e.g. <logic:match name="Request-URI" value="/index.jsp" >

I could write a scriptlet to handle the comparison, but I'm trying to
not use them.
