PDF file is generated correctly with the text for all sections, but the table of contents misses the page numbers for sections Configuration and Layouts.
When opening the PDF in Acrobat reader, the left-hand menu does not have links for these two sections.

I noticed that the text for these sections is not in doxia XML files,
but in velocity template files (.xml.vm files).
