thanks for pushing me.... :)

Please get the latest cvs. Here are the steps after that:

1. run "ant interop-war"
2. copy axis.war into your tomcat\webapps directory
3. create a directory called interop in tomcat\bin directory
4. drop interop.jks into tomcat\bin\interop directory
5. start tomcat.

Self-Test Client will be at: http://localhost:8080/axis/wss4j.html

Notes: we need to change code to pick up the jks from WEB-INF using servlet stuff
(getResourceAsStream)
