[jira] Created: (IO-150) Add a RegexpFilenameFilter

Add a RegexpFilenameFilter
--------------------------

                 Key: IO-150
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IO-150
             Project: Commons IO
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Filters
    Affects Versions: 1.3.2
            Reporter: Michael

It'd be nice to have a filter like this:

RegexpFileFilter reff = new RegexpFileFilter("^di\\d{1,3},+");

WildcardFilter is nice but insufficent.
