Two new Tuscany How-To Videos

There are two new How-To videos in the Tuscany video series, and there 
are links provided at http://tuscany.apache.org/sca-videos.html.

"Installing the Apache Tuscany Plugin" is a brief 2:00 minute walk 
through of how to download and install the latest Tuscany plugin.

"Creating Your First Web Service with Apache Tuscany" is a 5:00 minute
step-by-step demonstration of creating a web service with Apache Tuscany 
  in Eclipse.

Have fun with it. I hope these videos will show you how easy it is to 
create service components with Apache Tuscany.
