jx:element support

Hi,
A while back[1], jx:element support was provided in trunk.  I was 
wondering when this functionality would be officially released, that is, 
when will we see a 1.2 release of the template block?  I have a use of 
this functionality and I would assume that others out there would find 
this useful.
