HDP with S3-Compatible Storage

Hi,

I had a look here :
https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/trunk/hadoop-tools/hadoop-aws/src/site/markdown/tools/hadoop-aws/index.md

But it seems that it is not possible to specify the host, and access
to S3 compatible storage ?
Did somebody already achieve something like that ?
