incubation status page updated

Hi, all:
     I've update the content of incubation status page:
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/bluesky.html.  Please check it out and
notify me if there's something wrong.
     But i failed to complete some part of "incubation work items". like
"Copyright" item , i don't know the exact day the two columns. also like "
establish a list of active commiters". Could someone tell me the date so i
can update promptly.
