I'm working on the 0.11.1 release. I have 2 Mbit/s upload internet where I am now, but the dist system is maxing out around 1 Mbit/s, sometimes slower. Since our releases are rather large (a few hundred megabytes) we definitely should move to a more scalable place to put large binaries
