[Bug 5576] New: Allow sa-learn to create new database

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5576

Summary: Allow sa-learn to create new database
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: Learner
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: marc@perkel.com

I'd like to see a feature added to sa-learn that would be a --recreate-db which
would delete the database and recreate it from scratch. That will get rid of a
damaged database and save me the time in hunting up the instructions and finding
the files to do it manually.

Yeah, this is exactly what sa-learn --clear is for.
