[jira] [Issue Comment Deleted] (SOLR-11959) CDCR unauthorized to replicate to a target collection that is update protected in security.json

Amrit Sarkar updated SOLR-11959:
--------------------------------
    Comment: was deleted

(was: Hi Jan, I am looking at the Auth code and finally got a bit familiar.
I am able to build the logic where CDCR requests (LASTPROCESSEDVERSION, CHECKPOINTS, etc) made within the same cluster, even if they are not called within the local thread pool, get validated by PKIAuthPlugin.
Though *I am still not able to locate where exactly PKIAuthPlugin whitelists nodes* (i.e. live nodes listed under its own zookeeper), doing debugging for a while but not able to find the code.
Any help is appreciated.)
