Hi Chris,
Thank for sending the request to IPMC about Patanachai's vote. I have seen a note from Sam Ruby for account request and there is a pointer to the vote thread but it was IPMC archives so could not view it. Can I assume voting in IPMC is done and send out an invitation to Patanachai to join.
