In [MESOS-6162|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-6162], we have added the support for cgroups blkio statistics. In this ticket, we'd like to add a test to verify the cgroups blkio statistics can be correctly retrieved via Mesos containerizer's {{usage()}} method.
