Migration to Git: jenkins jobs updated

The two following jenkins jobs have been updated:

  * https://builds.apache.org/job/sis/ — build master
  * https://builds.apache.org/job/sis-dev/ — build geoapi-4.0

The previous "sis-trunk" job has been renamed as "sis". Note: that job
fails because of a javadoc problem. I hope to get this issue fixed when
we will be able to build SIS with JDK 9 or 10, which have a new javadoc API.
