Geronimo CA programmatically

I'm working on a client-cert authentication and for now I'v been using the CA
and keystore portlets for my keystore/truststore creation.
I'll need a way to generate automatically a new certificate and add it to
the server's truststore for each new user.

So I would like to know if I could sign my certificate by the CA in a
programmatically way ?
