mod_tcl tarball broken

Hi, I'm trying to download 
http://tcl.apache.org/mod_tcl/downloads/mod_tcl.tar.gz
from http://tcl.apache.org/mod_tcl/
but I get a 21k only corrupted file:

$ gunzip mod_tcl.tar.gz
gunzip: mod_tcl.tar.gz: invalid compressed data--format violated

I tried with different HTTP clients, but it seems to be truncated:

$ file mod_tcl.tar.gz
mod_tcl.tar.gz: gzip compressed data, was "mod_tcl.tar", from Unix
