[PR] Modify breeze cache test to use constant for supported Python versions [airflow]

Dev-iL opened a new pull request, #63589:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/63589

   Fix a Breeze cache test that hard-coded the supported Python versions list.

   `check_if_values_allowed()` returns the canonical list from Breeze global constants, but `dev/breeze/tests/test_cache.py` still expected only `3.10` through `3.13`. Once Python 3.14 was added, the test started failing even though the implementation was correct.

   This change updates the test to use `ALLOWED_PYTHON_MAJOR_MINOR_VERSIONS`, so it stays aligned with the supported versions defined by Breeze and does not need a manual update on every new Python minor release.

   the committer who merges the PR is responsible for backporting the PRs that are bug fixes (generally speaking) to the maintenance branches.

   In matter of doubt please ask in [#release-management](https://apache-airflow.slack.com/archives/C03G9H97MM2) Slack channel.

   You can attempt to backport this manually by running:

   ```bash
   cherry_picker 6a1c3b5 v3-1-test
   ```

   This should apply the commit to the v3-1-test branch and leave the commit in conflict state marking
   the files that need manual conflict resolution.

   After you have resolved the conflicts, you can continue the backport process by running:

   ```bash
   cherry_picker --continue
   ```

   If you don't have cherry-picker installed, see the [installation guide](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/dev/README_AIRFLOW3_DEV.md#how-to-backport-pr-with-cherry-picker-cli).
