Setup
```r
library(adbcdrivermanager)
db <- adbc_database_init(adbcsqlite::adbcsqlite(), uri = ":memory:")
con <- adbc_connection_init(db)
flights <- nycflights13::flights
flights$time_hour <- NULL
write_adbc(flights, con, "flights")
```
I might be misunderstanding something, but according to docs, the following should list available objects I believe:
```r
adbc_connection_get_objects(
con,
depth = 0,
catalog = NULL,
db_schema = NULL,
table_name = NULL,
table_type = NULL,
column_name = NULL
)
#> Error in adbc_connection_get_objects(con, depth = 0, catalog = NULL, db_schema = NULL, :
#> Expected character(1) for conversion to const char*
```

Ah, this is probably because I don't convert an R `NULL` to a C++ `nullptr` (instead, I error because it's not a `STRSXP`). I will fix!
