Thank you for catching this, Stan. This turns out to be pretty easy: it is just a matter of changing the colwidth attributes in those tables to be relative rather than absolute. Please let me know if you see any more problems like this.

The fix doesn't seem to affect the number of errors shown in DERBY-2623: there are even more than when I filed that bug. 

I'll attach a patch soon.
