Need help with a tansformation

I have XML in this format:

<table name="xxx">
   <row col1="1" col2="aaa" col3="AAA"/>
   <row col1="1" col2="bbb" col3="BBB"/>
   <row col1="1" col2="ccc" col3="CCC"/>
   <row col1="2" col2="ddd" col3="DDD"/>
</table>

and I need to transform this into this:

<record>
   <person id="1">
      <info picture="aaa.AAA"/>
      <info picture="bbb.BBB"/>
      <info picture="ccc.CCC"/>
   </person>
   <person id="2">
      <info picture="ddd.DDD"/>
   </person>
</record>

I'm sure it can be done, but I just don't how.
