[RESULT] Nominate Paul Ferraro as committer

Richard Lewis-Shell: +1
Erik Hatcher: +1
Harish Krishnaswamy: +1
Geoff Longman: +1
David Solis: +1
Howard Lewis Ship: +0
Mindbridge: +0 (no reply)
Tsvetelin Saykov: +0 (no reply)
Neil Clayton: +0 (no reply)

Paul Ferraro is now a committer. Welcome Paul!

Paul - assuming you are not already a committer for another Jakarta project,
I think we will need to know your preferred user id for apache.org login,
and preferred email address.

There are some house-keeping matters to be tended to, but I can't find any
info on exactly what has to happen to get Paul committing. Can anyone help
me with this? (happy to do it myself, just need to know what needs to be
requested from whom)

Richard

PS. The friendly URLs is not the only contribution Paul has offered to
Tapestry...

Well, as you saw, my +0 was quite provisional. Neil Clayton hasn't
participated in a LONG time (we should probably vote him off the
committer list). MB and TSV have been very, very hit or miss on
participation. I'd say you're a Clinton, not a Bushbaby.

Cool! As a Tapestry devotee since v2.2, I'm psyched to join the
development team - although without unanimity I sort of feel like I won
in the electoral college but lost the popular vote... :)

I'm new to Jakarta, so here's the requested info:
User ID: pferraro
Email: pmf8@columbia.edu

Thanks for the welcome,

Paul

I think the next steps will be to send a request siting this thread to
infrastructure@apache.org cc-ing pmc@jakarta.apache.org, to create an
account for Paul. And Paul to complete a CLA
(http://www.apache.org/licenses/#clas) and fax it to apache.
