authenticate to parent proxy

Hello,
I'm trying to configurate a child proxy in a hierarchical architecture.
My parent proxies require username authentication.

I tested with something like:
dest_domain=. method=get parent="username:password@parentproxyip:port"

but it doesn't work and in the documentation I cannot find any reference 
to a parent authentication.

Any idea on how to do it?
