Mod_jk_config wiki cleanup

After spending the best part of a day with the instructions at
http://ofbizwiki.go-integral.com/Wiki.jsp?page=Mod_jk_config
I've cleaned them up. Hopefully this will help others who are trying to install
ofBiz inside of Apache.

From my limited testing, everything else runs at the speed of light, or rather
what I was expecting from ofBiz. No hard numbers, but it's a whole lot quicker.

It still has very *nix oriented instructions. It needs to have Win32 and MacOSX
instructions added.

mod_jk is at version 1.2.15 for MacOSX and FreeBSD, and well as from what I can
find on apache's website. There was a version 2, but it was deprecated and most
of the changes were rolled into the 1.X series.

I know it seems confusing the Win32 1.2.15 binaries are named
mod_jk-apache-1.3.34-eapi.so, but that is for apache 1.3.34 version just like
mod_jk-apache-2.0.55.so is for apache 2.0.55, not that it is version 2 of the
connector.

connector version <> apache version
