[commons/net] Telnet: escape sequences

hi developers,

i need escape sequences for setting the cursor in
telnet and some emulating for typed keys (numpad-keys
for example).

- are there plans to add this in the future?
- who is working on this? can i help you?
- i could develop this. would you add it in your
project?
- who else is interested in this? how about working
together?
