   ## Contributor Comments
   Currently when the User switching to manual filtering mode the show/hide toggles no longer working. This is caused by the nature of manual filtering: show/hide toggles adding implicit filter objects to the query; the reason of the manual filtering mode to give full control to the User over the query string instead of manipulating it in the background. 
   To resolve this "interference" I made the toggles disabled in manual query mode. A warning message also show up on the UI saying: "Show/Hide toggles are not available in manual query mode"
