[PATCH] ApacheMonitor WIN9x bugfix

Hi all,

Since Bill changed the way WIN9x version writes to registry (there are no
more ImagePath) in HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\[service name],
and that now the start parameter is '-k runservice' instead -k start, here
is the patch that solves this.
