### What happened?
On 3.1.1 I can see all logs.
I have a docker operator which I expand. the resulting task instances logs are not shown. I see there is rendered something because the scrollbars are there. If I switch fullscreen/normal sometimes the logs are shown. I can download the logs.
I am using the cloudwatch logger.

### What you think should happen instead?
The logs should be rendered correctly.

Airflow with cloudwatch setup, expand some task (make sure you have long lines)

Maybe it is css issue because when I outzoom a lot I see the logs with a huge padding-bottom

It's lready fixed in 3.1.3rc1 -> you can take it for a spin and confirm in #58197 - this will give us more confidence when releasing it.
