tapestry-webresources includes closure compiler version v20131014. As of now, the latest version is v20170124.

The signature for {{CompilerOptions#setOutputCharset}} has changed from accepting {{String}} to accepting {{Charset}}, which prevents upgrading the dependency separately from tapestry-webresources.
