Re: [ANNOUNCE] Apache Ivy 2.3.0-RC1 released

Is 2.3.0-RC1 published to a repository?  It doesn't appear to be on Maven Central where previous 2.x releases and release candidates were published:

 http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/ivy/ivy/
