[update] Beta2rc1 Available for download

Hello,

I have put a new version of Batik, 1.0 Beta 2 RC 1, available from:

http://xml.apache.org/batik/dist/

Note that this is a temporary release, and the first of or weekly or
bi-weekly builds. However, it contains a lot of improvements over 
1.0 beta:

+ Improved text support
+ Full filter implementation.
+ New Transcoder API.
+ Simplified package organization
