[I] [Task]: check documentation build in code PR's too (hop)

hansva opened a new issue, #8358:

   ### What needs to happen?
   
   Currently when we have an issue in the antora docs it only shows up after the code has been merged and the website build fails.
   This loop is wrong, we still need a separate build for the website but we should do a check on the documentation when it is being changed. this will avoid having broken links in the documentation
