Starting apache NiFi as a windows service
Are there any instructions for starting the latest apache NiFi as a windows
service? Server 2012 in particular.

Please make sure you are subscribed to the dev@nifi.apache.org <ma...@nifi.apache.org> list (instructions available here [1]). If not, you will not see replies unless the other person manually adds your address back to their response. Andre had replied to your original question in just about an hour.

Andre, can you share any details on how you’re approaching this? Are you using an existing service wrapper? The javapackager tool added in Java 8? Etc.

Thanks... I was able to get it working using NSSM(Non-Sucking Service
Manager) but would rather have something native if at all possible.
