can't build FOP-0_13_0

I downloaded fop-0_13_0.zip and i tryed to build it on NT4.0 with jdk1.2.2.
I think i correctly set my classpath with xerces.jar, xalan.jar and bsf.jar
as written in the readme file.
But when i execute build.bat, Java exception is thrown :
     Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError :
Connectors\class;....
Can anyone help me with this ?
