[PR] CAMEL-23806: Split keycloak and pqc docs into focused sub-pages [camel]

- Split `keycloak-component.adoc` (5,705 lines) into 4 focused pages (3,239 lines total, 43% reduction)
- Split `pqc-component.adoc` (3,307 lines) into 4 focused pages (2,655 lines total, 20% reduction)
- Replaced redundant per-operation/per-algorithm code examples with compact reference tables
- Overall: 9,012 lines reduced to 5,894 lines (-3,118 lines)
