Appointment as VP, Legal

Hello Everyone,

At today’s board meeting, I was appointed new VP, Legal for
the foundation. I want to thank Marvin for his service in the
role.

I’ll assess the current state of the Legal JIRA and try to spend
some time going through some recent history/reports to get
up to speed.
