Recommend closing this as Invalid.  As someone will shortly point out, this
is not appropriate here and belongs over in the users discussion area.

In short, this is a new spam form that has only been out about a week.
There are no specific rules in the rulesets for gappy/obfuscated mortgage
spams, as there are for drug spams.  Until last week there hasn't been a
need.

I have a whole handful of rules to catch these things, but they need to be
mass-tested and a lot of refining before they are safe to use, and still
have an acceptable hit rate.  Expect something showing up at rulesemporium
in a week or two.
