Error report

Hello
I do not know how to get rid of the error message shown in the print screen attached herebelow.
I have reloaded the software a few times without success.
The details of my iMac:Processeur  3.2 GHz Intel Core i3Mémoire  8 Go 1333 MHz DDR3Graphisme  ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MoLogiciel  OS X 10.9.5 (13F1911)
Can you help, Please
