Create a simple file poller

Hi everyone!
I'm new and i want to make a simple file poller ( who just changes the name
of a file with a given extension in a specified directory) like this one
made in JBoss ESB http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOKFl79W1To.

Can you provide me of any help? Do u know a tutorial who explains this kind
of stuff for serviceMix???
