Could please someone apply patch #30987?

Please, we need the signjar file patched to be able to integrate our daily build with ant. We are working with a patched version, but I have to prepare a long term solution for the problem, and the patch is really very simple. Just a boolean attribute to keep unmodified the timestamp in the signed jar, just as before signing.
